Our Catering Background

With over 25 years of culinary experience, my passion for great food and exceptional service has shaped every event I've been a part of. From small gatherings of 25 to large-scale banquets serving up to 500 guests, I’ve done it all—sometimes in multiple locations on the same day!

My journey began at the Riverside Conference Center, where I hosted and catered a wide variety of events, serving classic entrees like Chicken Petaluma Linguini and Prime Rib carving stations. I also expanded my services to offsite venues, including the historic Weasku Inn Motel.

At Morrison’s Lodge, I embraced a true farm-to-table approach, growing and harvesting fresh ingredients from our own one-acre garden to create seasonal, garden-fresh meals for guests and wedding celebrations.

Beyond catering, I’ve played a key role in shaping the local dining scene. From helping launch Maranda Mae Restaurant—where I set up the kitchen and assisted in menu development—to co-owning and operating the Food Studio Restaurant, where I hosted private events, provided full bar service, and collaborated with local businesses to elevate community dining experiences. I also worked closely with the local Chamber of Commerce and area golf courses to promote business.
